The situation

A D2C wellness brand had a real founder story and almost none of it written down. Paid media sat on a single channel, quick commerce was untouched, support replies took a day, and nobody could say what a sale actually cost.

What we built

Built the brand system and an in-house content pipeline, stood up Google and Meta from zero, opened quick-commerce channels, renegotiated logistics, and wired email, WhatsApp and SMS lifecycle flows to the same customer record.

The outcome

2.49× blended ROAS over ten months, share of sales on Google moved from 0 to roughly 60% after the primary Meta creative was banned overnight — removing single-channel risk, and customer response time cut from about 24 hours to minutes. Shipping cost fell 40% after a second carrier was negotiated in.
